Art for Wellbeing
These FREE friendly and welcoming groups are held across our two centres. The groups are structured so that you can attend either regularly or as and when. Please attend a full session each time to get the most from the experience.
You can try out drawing, painting, creative writing, felt making, floristry, printmaking! No previous experience required. The groups meet every Thursday from 10:30 - 12:30 and from 1:30 - 3:30 either at the Old Fire Station or the Stress Project - please see poster for details
Taking part in creative activity is now recognised as one of the best ways to help your personal wellbeing - so come along - we would love to meet you! Experiment with materials, try something new, our tutors James, Oriana, Priti and Apollonia will help you to find your way.

Groups run every other week, felting and creative writing on 1st & 3rd weeks of every month and Art on 2nd & 4th weeks
